About Mi Camino de Vida
Workshops, Courses and Retreats in the Mountains of Antigua Guatemala
All of Mi Camino de Vida's workshops, courses, and retreats are held in the luxurious manor house of an old coffee estate in the beautiful mountains of Antigua Guatemala. We offer workshops, courses, and retreats on wellness lifestyle using naturopathy, Reiki and meditation.
Founded by Edna de Bonilla, Mi Camino de Vida is a space for you, a safe container for self-discovery, learning, and transformation.
Inner Peace and Balance
Our retreats are designed to help women find inner peace and balance in their lives. Our experienced instructors provide personalized attention to each participant to ensure that they leave each experience feeling rejuvenated and empowered. Come join us on a journey of self-discovery and healing!
Edna has a private practice in San Mateo Milpas Altas, Antigua Guatemala where she works with clients in person. She is also available to work with clients internationally via Zoom. Edna speaks both English and Spanish fluently.

Edna is an empath, a channel for healing energy, and an intuitive. The integrative and client-centred healing approach that she uses is the result of a combination of intuitive abilities she was born and gifted with, her professional background, and her experiences of working with people from around the world. Her ability to connect with others and her caring nature make working with Edna a delight!

Having lived and/or studied in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, East Africa, the United States, and her native Guatemala, Edna's professional background includes training in Education, Jungian and Archetypal Studies, Counselling Psychology, Intuitive and Energy Healing Modalities such as Reiki, Medical Intuition, Meditation, Soul Retrieval, and Past Life Regression, as well as Grief Recovery, Naturopathy, and Wellness Lifestyle.
